Looking for some advice. I've been working a reception supervisor job since 2014. It's usually been 5/6 days a week, I'm on a zero hour contract but between me and the manager no formal arrangement he gives me an average of 40 hours per week. I usually work those days spread over the week, but I'm interested in trying to get the weekends off because I'm trying to work on a side project and don't have much time in the week. Am I in a position to request no weekends?
