I left my employer a couple of months ago due to a toxic work environment. Without disclosing specifics, I attempted to convey to HR about the behavior of the management but they failed to follow up with her to take appropriate action. This evening, I was going through my old emails+text messages and found additional pieces of evidence that solidified above mentioned conduct. I am reaching out to inquire if it is worth rehashing or if I should just move on? I really feel jaded and scarred about what I went through. I don’t want to really deal with them but I want to hold her accountable.
