Is my boss wrong or am I being sensitive

I work 12 hour days, 6 days a week between 3 jobs. I make the most money per hour at a job I work in the afternoon. 4x a week, she texts me like an hour or so before I am supposed to come in that a client canceled and I don’t need to come until later. The clients often say “please charge me anyway because it’s short notice” and in this case, my boss keeps all of the money from the cancellation. Today, I told her that I felt I deserved to be paid if there is a cancellation. She said no. I’m just really annoyed because we were very short staffed at my other job today, so I could have stayed late there this morning to be able to get the money I’m now missing out on. Whenever I bring it up to whoever, they just say that’s normal. Any advice on how to present my side to her and let her know this isn’t okay?
