I'm putting in my 2 weeks tomorrow (out of respect for my boss because he has been good to me and my coworkers). On this silly little form I'm filling out there is a section that the “Store Director” fills out that states whether I qualify for my vacation accrual to be paid out or not. Is this legally acceptable for them to do?
