Quick break down on the situation.
1) we live in california
2) she works at a private Daycare with 10 people
3) shes been working there for about 3 months
So my girl friend recently asked me if her two 10 min breaks she has are supposed to be paid because they make her clock out each time. I told her to my knowledge yes and the research i did is also saying yes but i cant find the actual law saying that so that she can show her boss, all im seeing are links to articles or law firms. Are there situations in which 10 min breaks are not paid?
