Alright so, my schedules have over the past couple of weeks having been putting me on for 3rd shift(10pm-6am) for a couple of days then giving me a “day off” and then bringing me back to work for first shift (6am-2pm) for another couple of days. Continuously flipping me back and forth between those shifts with no more than a day in between. This has been making it impossible for me to have any form of schedule whether that be sleep, eating, workout, or anything and it’s starting to take an effect on my health.
Edit: I have put in my two weeks already and do have a different job lined up. Regardless this has been going on for about a month now.
