Is ok for me to send a bitter email to a company recruiter? Or should I just drop it?

Just to quickly summarize this, I was supposed to interview for a QA engineer position with a company via phone. When the time came I received no call and sent an email to the recruiter asking if it was a miscommunication or something like that. Instead of any sort of apology, I received an email saying I was no longer being considered because of my credentials. Now I have no future plans to ever try with this company again, so is it fine if I send back a snappy email to blow off some steam or is this a bad idea?
