So I work at a store and I quit for the summer and came back so in total I’ve worked there a year not counting the break. But there is an assistant manager that is new to me but not the company. This assistant manager has an attitude problem. In this store my job is to shop things for customers and curb side deliver it to them. This weekend the assistant manager calls the phone and starts with her attitude and then she begins yelling at me because she wanted something added to her order. The GM tells me to say that I can’t add it until her shopper calls her and she started demanding i put it on her order. The next day the assistant manager confronts me mid delivery about what happened yesterday and she starts arguing in front of all the customers and making me delayed with my delivery. I tell her that the GM told me to say that and she still wasn’t having it. I mentioned her attitude and she said “I’m sorry you felt that way but it wasn’t meant to come off that way” but the whole time she’s talking she’s super aggressive. She also stated my job was to make her happy as a customer but which is true but she was yelling for no reason. At the end of the argument I asked for her age and that it’s crazy she’s acting that way at her big ass age. I called corporate and made a report but is there any chance she face any major consequence for that??
