So, I went to my local D&D great place, great staff but the manager is a micromanaging asshole. I was having trouble getting out of my seat because of my disability and 1 of the staff gave me a hand. Asshole manager comes out and yelling and the stuff member ignored him. He lost his mind and said he was the manager and she was like calm the fuck down you are a 50 year manager at a Dunkin Donuts and you barely make more than I do you ain't that important and it isn't something worth being an asshole for and it doesn't make you better than me I am going to MIT on a full ride this spring; and you are not better than anyone else here. You could literally see his ego and sense of self-worth melt away. And I am standing there like this dude just got his self-worth destroyed because he thought being a manager at D&D allowed him to be an ass and it is sad, but it is all too common.
