Is the great resignation / quiet quitting just hurting the middle class / poor?

Almost every interaction lately I have with the world is a nightmare. I had service on my car yesterday, a regular service was 4 hours. Public transit, 2 hours for 20 minute trip. Any McDonalds etc.. line out the door. In the end.. the poor / middle class are being damaged by their fellow workers.. and it isn't really doing anything to the bosses. They still get their money and now they don't even have to provide customer service. Do we have to find a better way?
