Is there a reason for this/Is this legal?

One of my family members who doesn't use Reddit has been working upwards of 100-110 hours per pay period but has noticed their pay stubs only say 80 hours. They are a salaried employee, so the pay has been the same every paycheck, but we're wondering now if the company is reporting less hours worked for some reason. Also, even though they are salaried, the company still has them clock in and out even though they are a General Manager. Meaning they have logged all 100-110 hours worked regularly but their hours worked isn't matching up to the pay stubs. Does this matter at all since they are getting paid the same?
