We were sent these surveys that are supposedly “anonymous” via email and that we can share our thoughts without the fear of repercussion. Yet I have to create a unique login and password to take the survey in the first place. Personally, that was my first gigantic red flag, what anonymous survey needs a login and password? Also, I don't trust my company anymore than Charles Mason with coolaid in a commune.
So far I have been biting my tongue due to the fact I don't think they are anonymous. Other than giving my employer the answers they seek, what can I do?
