is there any value in contacting corporate H.R

So this is a 2nd part from yesterday Karen went to H.R and complained about all of us. And we got in trouble for standing up to a Manger with short man syndrome. They told us all to stop ganging up on their precious Karen and that we're creating a toxic work end with our shared experiences and Gossip they were also wasting company time. (Witch a job is MY time I just choose to spend it there and with the job market as poor as it is I can choose to go at anytime.) Anywhere a lot of things where said H.R and 2nd in command where coming up with excuses for Karen. H.R also said “if you feel like I'm not doing anything to help I'm sorry you feel that way.” Question when has that line ever worked I see a lot of people quiting because of this…

I see a lot of people quiting because of this but H.R also mentions corporate H.R saying that she's contacting them on our behalf when we complain.

I wonder if H.R really is contacting corporate H.R.

What happens if me and my coworkers write up a document outlining all of our experiences about Karen,H.R and 2nd in command at once send it to corporate H.R

I don't think it do anything but I want to hear you guys thoughts
