Is this a communist sub?

All I read is profits are stolen from workers etc. Are you all communists? I’m genuinely curious, I thought this sub was more of a workers rights deal. Hypothetically speaking if we abandon the concept of profit who will front the capital to open businesses if it is illegal to make a profit?
