Is this a promotion or am I being quiet fired?

January 2022 I was hired to do inventory tracking. I had some experience but essentially built my own standards and collected my own data. My managers were impressed and always said I deserve more pay. It’s November 2022 and my direct manager got promoted and divided their work load to three people. They haven’t offered me a new salary yet and my title would now be “office administrator” which IMO sounds like a complete downgrade. But everyone is always pleased with what I do but I don’t see getting the mail as a sign of a strong future to the company.

I like what I currently do and I don’t have an exit strategy because I was happy doing my job.
