Is this a red flag from a mgr: you’ve done this a number of times, why haven’t you gotten it yet??

Context: started working in an upscale-ish clothing store 3 weeks ago. I’ve been on the register for maybe 10-15 hours total. The steps to ring up a customer is 8 screens deep (not joking) and for anything outside of that (item ordering, returns, etc.) is at least another 5 screens to get through. I’ve done a total of 20 returns across the last 3 weeks, with weird additional steps that I wouldn’t know unless the situation arose. After I had a 2-second brain fog on a particular step, she stared at me and asked point blank the question in the title. I was dumbfounded and have no idea what my response was. This was AFTER she said that a new employee had ghosted her two days prior. Addt’l context: she’s been with the company for 6 years after graduating college. Addt’l context: she’s been with the company for 6 years after graduating college. I worked in retail for 10 years then moved to marketing for the last 10 years.
