I called out sick a few days ago and this guy from HR wants me to “call” him when I'm not working. He's telling me to get the antigen test for rapid covid results, but I've already told him that I have an appointment booked. He keeps telling me to take it and when I tell him that I already have an appointment, he's asking me if I'm declining to take the test. Then when I ask do I need to cancel my appointment and take the test, he says he's not telling me to do anything but rather making a suggestion.
Then he's telling me to send him proof of the exact appointment and my results once I receive them. According to my company's policies, I'm not allowed to work until I have negative results (not even remotely). This is so stupid and why is he harassing me when I'm “OUT SICK”? Should I tell him that I'm only going to communicate via text/email going forward? I feel like this is going to trigger him even more.
