I didn't want to work on a “volunteer” basis to meet a whole store quota that three people should have been doing but I had to do it by myself (mind you, no one was able to do this in their whole store history) , Ruined my shoulder for it, told them that the strategy they came up with wasn't working and my talents would have more use doing my actual job description, and now they don't want to give me full time because I didn't want to work for free. I just need an honest, legal opinion, if possible.
