Hey guys, so my General Manager and Night crew manager pulled me aside today to talk about how I haven’t been throwing enough product the past several weeks. Safeway passed a rule across the district that you have to throw at-least 45 pieces in 1 hour. My manager stated I didn’t finish aisle 5 before my lunch, which I in fact did and threw have of the next isle. I requested for them to watch the cameras, which they didn’t and said it was just a big “misunderstanding” which I don’t believe is right. During the talk my manager was mocking my tone of voice while explaining myself, also told me to not raise my voice and to be respectful, which I was during the whole conversation. This is only one incident out of the others I’ve had with this same Night crew manager. He takes his personal life out on us because he has two kids at home and barely gets any sleep, which is unprofessional. My general manager is biased and only sides with my night crew manager. How do I go about solving this issue, I’m unionized but don’t really know how to explain this situation to them because I have many others. Please help
