I work at a fast food restaurant and the policy is everyone gets a 30min break per shift and a budget of, for every hour you work you can get $1 off your order. I typically don’t have a problem with this because I bring food from home but some of my other coworkers rely on this because they can’t afford to bring food from home. Recently due to inflation all of the prices increased but our budget didn’t. I’m seeing a lack of energy and moral in my coworkers due to this lack of food. Is there injustice or anything I can do about it?
