Is this right? Not really morally but legally..

Any legal advice would be great.. So my girlfriend that is under 18 works at a fast food place in the state of Oregon. Where I know there are strict laws and regulations for people under 18 in a workplace. Anyways.. they don’t get to leave during their lunch break nor do they get a form of a meal from them for free (I’ve heard McDonald’s provides something for free on a break but idk if it varies). Shes told me that there is no employee fridge or break room on the premises. Is this wrong? Also the employees get 50% off their meals they purchase on their break but if they don’t finish it within their break time they either have to throw away the food or pay full price. Again is this right? If not what procedure could she go about to make a change? Another issue.. Multiple…

Another issue..
Multiple times during the school year they have had her close.. their posted closing time is 10pm and she sometimes wouldn’t be done till around 12pm (during school!)
