My dad is giving me mock interview, and he says he would rather hire someone relatable with little experience than someone with a lot of experience that acts like a robot. I think it's weird that I have to get personal with a job interviewer to get a job. I don't think people really care about about my personal background or how relatable I am. Is it just me?
