Tracked a UPS package and got a pop-up asking me to do a survey. It was just one question, on a scale of 1-10 would I recommend. I gave them like a 2 and then the pop-up asked what they could do to improve my experience and I said “Don't cut the pay of people making you huge profits. I don't personally know anyone who works for UPS but I've read the news.”
I just wanted that caveat (which it's true, I don't know anyone) so they couldn't think I have a stake in it, other that worker solidarity. Not that they'll give a shit, really, but I said it.
