It feels impossible to get healthcare if you have a 9 to 5 job

Lately I've been noticing that it's pretty much impossible to see a doctor or therapist if you have a 9 to 5 job. And at the same time you need a 9 to 5 job to have health insurance and income to see a doctor. But none of them work outside of 9 to 5 unless you get super lucky. There's some things healthcare related that telehealth works fine for, but there's also many that don't. There's so many tasks that require you to go in during the 9 to 5 timeframe but you can't do it with work. Even in California with limited paid sick leave it's very easy to burn it all just going to doctors appointments. Has anyone else noticed this dilemma?
