I've been applying to jobs constantly and most of the time get no calls back or even rejection emails. When I do get interviews, its multiple rounds and only to end hear back weeks later and I wasn't chosen. And then after I see that the position was never filled because the listing is reposted over and over. This is for entry level jobs. Are these companies actually even hiring? Are they looking for some kind of candidate that doesn't exist?
