There’s rarely, if ever, criticism about how the current labor system and those in power are responsible for creating employee burnout.

As someone who has suffered several times from burnout, I’m really done with it being totally normal to just tell people to “meditate,” but not calling out the misdoings of toxic labor environments responsible.
