I use to be an educator before I quit my job due to mismanagement, unsupportive district administrators, and other toxic educators that created a horrible environment to work in.
Anyway, after I quit I highlighted everything that is wrong with the education profession and posted it in an educator support group. Namely, I wanted to emphasize that teachers do not need to deal with toxic management because we are in demand everywhere and can secure jobs easily. I questioned the whole point of a “Masters in Teaching” degree because in the end, management won't consider us masters of anything. They will always supervise us as if they were our parents. Of course, I put in examples I've experienced in my work but never named the company by name. Come to find out that my EX-employer has gotten their hands on the post. Now I'm being told that what I did was unprofessional and was disliked by leadership. I'm thinking to myself “where the hell did my ex employer find the fuck that I give because I've been searching for that for ages?” In case they forgot, I no longer work for the company so I could give a damn what they think.
Anyone else have similar experiences with petty ass co workers? I think it is safe to say that if you're reporting posts from your ex-co workers to your boss all you're doing is being an ass kisser. You're not saving or helping the company in any way. Also, if you work really revolves around stuff your ex-co worker is doing you need to get a fucking life because somethings are way more important than what your ex-co workers be doing.
Friendly reminder too: Don't add your co workers on social media. They're not your friends, just co workers.
