It really does exist everywhere. Just started a server job, and was told it would be between $100-$300/day in tips. Turns out that’s only 3 months out of the year – you’re lucky to take home $30 in an 8 hour night -along with server pay off $6.98/hr of course. Still under minimum wage. I’m livid.
