I can only speak for myself, but…yes, it's working. About a year ago, I signed up with a WFH program doing CS work for Zillow. Starting wage was $13 an hour. This year, the program is ending and they're shifting everyone to a new program. New starting wage…$16.50 an hour. Same CS work, some new hires, one year later, $3.50 more per hour. Imagine where it'll be next year. Keep it up, folks. It's working.
