it’s amazing how much working full time ie: being a full-time employee to someone and breaking your back is considered a testament to you being a “grown up”

If you agree to be a wage slave for someone = you can take care of yourself, you're independant, you're a grown up, etc… While if you can't fully support yourself ie: become a slave to a boss and work for shit pay that means you're immature and you're a loser. Being a slave and giving up your free time to work for someone else, and fulfill their dreams is celebrated.
