Did I do everything listed in my job description? Yes. Did I do everything I'm responsible for doing well, meaning that I was really good at it? Yes. Did I go above and beyond, even going so far as to do things outside of my job description? Yes, I definitely did. Did I provide great customer service to both internal and external people? Absolutely. Satisfactory performance during every review I've had. It's absolutely bullshit.
No matter how well you do, no matter what you do, Even if it's outside your job description, you're satisfactory. That's it. You'll never be more than that.
