It’s my last day!

Most (not all) of the staff have been lovely but the work sucks and of my two managers, one is trying to improve the place and the other is… not. This second manager hasn’t even acknowledged that I’m leaving other than to “permit” me to share a cheesecake I brought in with my colleagues. Despite being the floor supervisor and my immediate manager, he has not trained me, not checked in on me, not even introduced me to people once during my 5.5 months here. He ignores me in the lunch room, nods to my morning greeting and the only conversation I’ve heard from him has been “do this job next”. He even put up resistance when I asked to train other team members in my work tasks before I go because “they might forget so it’s a waste of time”. Is there a polite way to say “thanks for…

Is there a polite way to say “thanks for doing absolutely nothing and making this a horrible place to work”? The other boss is good and I wish him and the team well but this manager has only been making things worse through inaction and passive hostility.
