I don’t mind working on new projects such as gardening or home improvement. What I do have a problem with is when I’m stuck revolving around doing the same job day in and day out, for a specific amount of hours every week.
It’s just a grind everyday doing the same kind of things day in and day out.
I don’t mind the work. I mind the politics, the hours I’m forced to put in even when I am not needed, and how truly little we actually contribute. Most of my job is bs paperwork and quality assurance when it truly just isn’t needed.
