Once enough of their emails are flagged as spam then email systems will start to automatically mark them as spam. It's a huge deal for these people to NOT get caught in spam filters so they can continue to push as many low ball offers as they can.
We can nip it in the bud and make it commonplace to include pay rate in the initial emails. Why should we have to waste our time to go through their rigmarole just to find out we would be under paid? The only reason recruiters don't include the salary is because it's ALWAYS a low ball offer due to recruiters taking a cut.
