I work with tutoring, and I can basically work anytime I want, I just have to schedule with students. I am getting paid by the hour. It's decent pay, and I get to work at home and it's like 20 hours a week. I don't get enough money to travel or buy a car/house, but I make enough to survive and half of the day doing fuck all because I love it.
The thing is, I'm ashamed of talking about it because everyone that hears about it thinks it's “not work” and “not a real job” or simply “not enough work hours”. Funny. I thought work was about making enough money to survive? These people don't even know how much I make and they say I don't work enough… hmmm….
I wonder if they are jealous or just really conditioned by society to worship WORK.
