Antiwork

I’ve started getting my overworked Gen-X colleagues to realise that the company won’t care if their personal lives are in shambles as long as they work.

What more can I tell them so they can start prioritising their health and families better? They're both making enough to live comfortably but as Indians we celebrate the “grind” that I'm worried they'll miss the forest for the trees. They have great hobbies and passions that they're regretting even picking up because of how stacked their workloads are.
