Whenever I get called by Spectrum, I start rambling about how it's illegal to be told not to discuss wages, and various other union forming info I've found on this sub. I used to work in several call centers, so I can keep my voice calm and direct for longer than most. If Spectrum wants to make people cold call me, I'm going educate them until they hang up. Maybe I'm helping someone in the process, but I've also heard so many horror stories from previous customers that I want the employees to unionize.
