Johnson and Johnson just announced a 2.5% inflation raise for all employees Level 26 and below. It’s effective immediately. This is on top of the usual annual raise, merit increase and bonuses. Some employees under collective bargaining agreements, pay grades above level 26 and others are not eligible. This is a step in the right direction.
