So my job has been on the decline lately. We had comission taken away from us just this year. Only in 3 years of me working there, I just now am getting pto and maybe benefits. Lately too they’ve had to cut hours and now are changing schedules. However now they’re doing employee of the month. I feel like it’s damage control, like they want to us to be happy or have more moral. Cause we’ve never had employee of the month. No one has really asked for it nor was it brought up. Let me know what you guys think, I might just be over it so it’s just stupid at this point to me.
