My boyfriend worked for a certain donut company. I worked there for a few days but then quit because they wanted me to work a festival stand for free. It's been 7 weeks and I still haven't gotten paid. They said they put my hours in and I should get it but that's been almost 3 weeks ago.
Also they fired my boyfriend and accused him of stealing. He didn't. They have cameras and said they checked them.
I'm having to file a wage claim to the department of labor to get paid and my boyfriend is suing them for wrongful termination.
It's so messed up.
