“Job-Hopping” is preventing me from getting hired? This is bullshit

Today I learned that there is such a thing known as “Job -Hopping”. Seriously wtf. Apparently changing jobs is a bad thing and looks bad on a resume. I am quite young, in my early 20's but I have over 8 years of experience because I started working part-time after school every single day as I come from a poor family. So, when the years went on, I changed jobs because of the salary. It's fun and games when you are young and underpaid but once I knew the real value of money, I moved to another place. Now, even though I finished high school/college, it was difficult landing a stable job and ended up working on contractual basis at like 3-4 companies. Basically I was changing job every year because either the contract expired or the working conditions were shit. I mean it's not my fault for changing jobs.…

I mean it's not my fault for changing jobs. I can't be loyal if you treat me like trash and underpay me. And it's even more not my fault when the contract expired FFS.

Fastforward to today. I wake up to an email saying that I didn't get the job I applied for even though I matched all of the qualifications and skills needed. I emailed the manager/HR back and he said that I left a bad impression because of me being a job-hopper. Fuck you man. Fuck this system. Now I understand why I didn't land a single fucking job in the 78 that I applied even though I am more than qualified. This is bullshit. So according to these MFs, I should have remained loyal to previous employers even though working conditions and pay were shit. Seriously I am so fed up with this work system.

Also, I forgot to mention, the reason I struggled to get a job after High school/college was because every employer was looking for already experienced people. I managed to land some on contractual basis because they wanted to “give me a chance”. Another thing. One time one interviewer even told me that the part time positions I had while still studying were not real experiences and would not be considered.
