I've applied for dozens of jobs. I do all the requirements for them. Assessments/tests to find out if I know basic skills, get to the interview stage, and they send me a generic email rejecting me. They also don't reply when I ask kindly what I can do to improve for future opportunities. This has happened to multiple workplaces. I'm starting to wonder if they don't actually need people, and if they're just wasting peoples time for fun.
Is this happening to anyone else?
