Does anyone have any tips for getting a raise after accepting offer letter? Before interviewing for job I tried to do research on indeed to see what the pay was. For some reason I couldn’t find the listing. So I just got a dollar more then what I was making at past job. Finally found the listing & it wasn’t under my company name that’s why I could not find it. I’m not even in the minimum or max of what they were offering to pay. I want to bring this up to my new manager because I feel shorted. Does anyone have any tips for me?
