I recieved an offer for a position at another company for better pay and benefits then I currently have. I have been training at my current position for 2.5 years to get a certificate in maintenance mechanic after around 4 years ill obtain this. I went an applied for a maintenance mechanic job and recieved a nice offer that will start at more my current role will end at. My mind over has been tossing and Turning over this. The benefits are really good and cost less and the pay is close to 8 dollars more and hour than current pay. I'm just worried about not finishing my program but my family is struggling and I have no raise inside for atleast 6 months. I am worried that I'm under qualified for job but my wife said that if they offered you the job they are not gonna just fire you. So I dunno what to do. This job would help me and the family greatly to get back on track.
