Hello everyone. I am so tired of the job market. It is a joke. It needs to be reformed to make sense. I was bored and made this.
Jobs requiring Experience and Degress but Pay in the same pay ranges for something you need no skill or experience, needs to stop. What we have right now, does not work.
I just made up everything below as like a starting point. Of course everything can be adjusted.
Pay starting: Minimum wage to $24.99/hour
Only Requirement: Diploma or Equivalent, if even needed
Jobs that pay within this field normally have training programs, regardless.
Pay starting: $25 to $34.99/hour
Requirements: Experience can only be a requirement if the company has an approved Experience Testing Process. The testing Process only tests if the individual can learn the process, not demonstrate that they have, Experience.
If hired, Employer can require employees to obtain an industry specific program during employment:
Associates, Certification, during employment. Employers may not have to pay for this or may assist
Pay starting: $35 to TBD
Requirements: Experience can only be a requirement if the company has an approved Experience Testing Process. This would be an Experience related test
Minimum Associates or Certification Degree,
If Employer requires a Bachelors Degree, experience requirements fall off
Pay starting: TBD for Requirements of Masters, MBA, Etc. ETC. etc.
