job scores very low in work/life balance

throwaway acc for obvious reasons. i had my second interview at a company. my hiring employee told me it’s a great company, their CEO announced they plan to hit 8 billion in profit this year and they’re one of the top companies im this field in the nation, but, he admitted they do score the lowest in work/life balance. i asked if he could elaborate a bit, but he declined to answer and suggested that i not mention it in the next interview but it’s just a warning. i told my boyfriend about this because i’m kinda concerned they won’t tell me why their company handles that balance so poorly. he says i shouldn’t have asked for details but i was genuinely curious, especially if i decide to take the job. i’m scheduled to come back monday for the final interview and take three “common sense” tests. are these red…
