I’m at a job making 60k, I really like my co workers but the boss can sometimes be stressful and I’ve been there 5 years, I received a potential offer at another company paying 70k, so you guys think leaving a job your comfortable with for 10k more is worth it? Also my current job it’s hard to get a raise and they ask you to do work that’s out of your scope
