Jobs with low pay that expect you to have open availability

Just a rant I’ve been looking for other work I can do. I’m a nurse, but am completely compassionately and physically fatigued for now. I’d been looking for something that doesn’t require so much human contact lol. My main gripe is seeing jobs that want you to have a BA/BS, open availability (M-F, on-call, weekends) and pay in the -teens. It’s common practice in healthcare to PAY HCP’s a premium for their availability. $100/day if you’re not called in, or an extra $5-$10/h if you are, and I wonder why in the fuck businesses have the audacity to expect full availability from you when they don’t pay enough to cover all of one’s expenses.
