Considering that Starbucks stores are getting organized into unions at a very fast rate of several hundred stores per interval, that there are few workers per store and that support for unions in the company is very high, joining a Starbucks that is not already unionized (see unionized map) would put one into a position to easily tip the balance and get the store unionized. One would thus be in the position to contribute to the growing movement to improve working conditions plus get a union job with solid benefits.
