I've been interviewing for a remote position lately and my god do I hate the employment process. First a call with a recruiter, then a zoom interview, then a second interview, and another call from the recruiter. Now they want a drug test because why wouldn't they?
They're also low balling me on the pay. In my first interview I had misread what company I was interviewing with and I told them 17 was my expectation. Later on I saw that the job pay range was 19-22. Today I check my email and see that they're offering me 17? Come on guys, don't fuck me over just because I made a little mistake.
